How did he make over 700hp with this turbo if he just said the turbo never saw more then 15psi?

I did use a gt40 to get those numbers. This is a new gt40 that i bought because the other one went on me. I am now trying to sell that hatch in a month or so and trying to work on my new car. so all the stuff on the hatch is going up for sale alittle at a time. If you where to come and see the turbo in person you will see that this turbo has not been abused at all.
