There's actually a lot of good tuners in VA. I would def. recommend Fischer at Inline Pro to anyone. Savage at Hybrid has done amazing work with the K-Series (He is not tuning at the moment though, but if you wanted, I'm sure you can convince him to take a trip and tune you on my dyno). There's many a good tuners in this area, including myself, 410WHP Stock Block K20 w/12 PSI Perfect compression across the board after 10K miles. =).
Before I installed my AWD dyno at my shop, I would take all my cars to Fischer at Inline. Just cause they were the closest and Fischer is the man beast of tuning K-Series.
If you can wait two weeks, I can either let you rent out the dyno or tune it for you. Let me know which route you want to go.
