What is it? I actually love ms3s.

HAY NOW.

They'll pay it. I personally would rather have the ms3, and if it was available when the srt-4 was around(not that caliber shit) it probably would have steered me away from dodge and i would have bought one.

Good choice as you can see I am a fan boi :P But love all well engineered cars across the board.

As far as the speed 3 it is just basic bolt on's not much is out for the car. Suspension mods, intake, full tbe,Cobb Ap EMS, Upgraded TMIC, motor mounts several other things I am about done with the engine. I have no plans to upgrade the turbo or stock internals it is a Daily driver and have had my fair share of drama with turbo'd cars. So sitting around 330 whp untunned.

Its not a loan its a line of credit for my dealership. I could see how you could think that, but itll probably be for only 100k. Can you name any decent sized dealership that dosnt have at least a 100k in inventory? Most have 3-4 times that. Hell i could use up a 100k on 3-4 really nice cars. So i wasn't bragging, because if i told most dealers i only had a 100k credit line theyd prbably laugh at me, but i have to start somewhere.

sounds good. Ive yet to see one in person, and i wouldnt mind owning one but theyre a bit out of what im willing to pay for one at the moment. But 330whp sounds pretty nasty. Im guessing they're at or around 3000 pounds?

Yeah I've got about $700K right now! That's only 45 cars averaging $15K in cost.

I have owned 3 speed 3's all used. One with only 2k miles dude shipped to iraq, another for my wife with 4k miles which was a GT just means it has auto adjustable HIDS,NAV,auto dimming mirrors and leater. She traded it cause needed more room for the kid. She missed the car so much we traded the jeep and got another. I never paid over 21k for it. So as far as what you are getting in a car best bang for the buck. Better lap times than an s2k, no other straight line performer 1/4 wise in its price range comes near it. It eats cars in the upper 30's etc etc. I am a happy camper.

The aftermarket leave allot to be desired, their are parts but most come from japan and I am not a huge JDM OMG gotta have it. So as the parts slowly come out I am getting them, although I am happy with the hp I have now. To be honest anything else more than 300 whp in a FWD is way to much. Just my opinion. TQ steer sucks.

Ill bet. IMO these basically took the srt-4's place when the srt was done as the best bang for the buck fwd. Ill have to look and see how much the ms3's are going for again. Maybe its worth looking into, but if its around 20k i think id rather pick up a z06 for the same price. Gas mileage would be similiar and reliablity should be too.

I dont own one. I'm a asst. used car manager at Brown's Fairfax Mazda. Since we're a Mazda dealer we have to keep about 15-20 of em on the lot and since they're still fairly new the cheapest one we've got on retail is $13,995. Other than that we've got a lot of cheapies and then some highline due to random trade in's because everybody is all over Mazda. Most of our highline trades come from people buying Mazda Cx-9's and people downgrading to Mazda 3's.

If i was buying brand new id be all over it. but i have my eye on the z06 around the end of the year when the prices will be even lower from depreciation and winter. This is the main reason the ms3 isnt on my list....

edit* youd have to blow it up to see it, but this is a comparison of 07 ms3's and 01 z06's at what theyve sold for wholesale across the country.

Like I respect your opinion. But the MS3 holds its value with only 6k of them ever being made. I have owned more speed 3's than anyone in the country lol prob more than most dealers due to the wife trading in for one getting rid of it then getting it again. The average for a low below 30k miles ms3 is about 19,900. If it has nav maybe 20,300 or something. They hold value well. And gas if I stay off the gas I get decent mileage. But if I had the choice I would go with the zo6 Lol but I need a back seat for the kid. and the large hatch for the rotties.
