2 Pit bull puppies
I guess it does and it dosent. With papers you know what blood line(s) the dog comes from, a few generations of its parents and grandparents etc. BUT, that dosent mean its a "better" dog. Ive had pits from eli, gator, edge, chinaman and a few more. Even a few old family red top/bottom dogs. And non of them were any better than the one i have now that has no papers, i could take a good guess but have no idea of his blood line, he was given to me and hes one of the best/best looking pits ive ever owned! Good luck on the sale, there nice looking dogs.
Good luck with the sell.
Just letting the guy know not to worry about what people are saying about them not having papers, but im sure he allready new that there his dogs. Vey nice looking dog in your avitar by the way.

Papers are really only worth getting if you are going to breed, if you just want a dog to love/play with, papers dont meen shit. Every dog in my family has been gotten as a rescue dog (which obviously are paperless) and i couldn't be happier with them. If i had the room id pick up the girl.
with pits, i believe they aren't recognized with the AKC or CKC (possibly CKC, but am unsure, dont quote me) so papers normally arent that big of a deal with potential owners....
other dogs...i.e. English bulldogs fetch a MUCH prettier penny, like thousands more, if papers are present.
x2. I bought my English bulldog WITH papers cuz i plan on breeding her later...

That was the rule awhile ago not too sure if it's changed.
