I've seen the car in person and it is in very good shape for a car of it's age. It's getting harder and harder to find decent ones now.
Your Right it is a replacement motor...when yours goes bad you replace it with a newer one...drrrr....it is a swap.
actually its a bit quicker than the normal d16z6 that is found in the USDM civic coupes...
