Where to buy/fill a co2 tank?

I want to buy a 10 pound co2 tank locally and im having a hard time finding where to get one. Does anybody know where to get one, (not for paintball, i know where to get those) A used one would be nice, gotta save money.

They only have 5 and 20 and the 5 is $100. Ill probably get that if i cant find a used one for cheaper. Thanks

scuba tanks have a different fitting at the top i believe. I know what types of places to look for but ive called around and some dont sell to individuals only companys. Thats whhy I posted here to see if anybody knew places in particular.
