sup guys, just recently i got a reckless driving - general ticket. This is the first time I got this and have no idea what are usual consequences. I would love to hear about your past experiences or your friends. I'll be having court the General District court in fairfax. Like what are the usual outcomes? should I get a lawyer? anything would be great. thanks guys

get an attorney, PERIOD, no arguements, reckless is a class 1 misdeameanor, I'd rather pay $1500-$3000 for a lawyer/fine rather than have a criminal record.
I've gotten 2 recklesses in 1 year and had them both reduced to improper driving which is just 3 points and not a misdeamenor, believe me it might be a lot of money now, but what's more important, money or your life ?
