No title and it needs a key? That sounds a little fishy to me.

 

i lost the keys on my part cost alot to get them made and im strapped for cash right now and title was misplaced havent seen it since dont have tags on it expired there in the backseat so its just sitting in my drive way not being used might think about parting it out or keeping not sure yet but i dont drive it just sits getting dirty

 

go to honda with a vin and its like $4 to get a key made
