I've got a couple of friends that longboard and i've heard of some spots in Williamsburg that they've hit up.

 

if you skate street or ramp, heres some spots:
mt. trashmore, va. beach off independence, street & ramp park
chesapeake skatepark, greenbrier pkwy, miniramps
woodstock, providence rd, va.beach, concrete park
mikes, hampton near coliseum mall, indoor park ramp & street
and the oceanfront is fun to longboard when its warm.

 

Oceanfront is fun but cops will get on your ass if your east of Pacific. Ask me how I know.

 

would anybody be down to go out and skate a garage somewhere? anybody know of any that are more skater friendly?

 

I got a longboard but I never used it that much except to go get a 12 pack at 1:30am or something. (Before you freak out I was living in NC and they sell till 2am.)

I'm too damn old to bomb hills now. =]

But... Greenbrier Mall parking lot does sound fun. I used to cruise around on that with my skateboard like 15 years ago.

 

what side of the water... ODU golf course at night is beast.

the marriot garage in oyster point isn't secured at night... i'm up there every once and awhile with some friends....

 

I'm down for it. I don't have a longboard though... But I grew up skating in empty parking lots. I'm in Hampton.
