Not to be a dick but those are 2 words that should not be used in the same sentence CHEAP and TUNING never go well together...

On the other note i would have run you but that day cop had just stop me, and my car is not doing right. but your right i called you out and i'll race you like i said before if you beat me i give you your props. just tell me when. i got some of the problems fix but that night i couldn't race you and lose with me know that my car was not right. When we race i rather no excuses when race over. but let me know
