They are saying that it is a very vague answer. Looks on the bottom of it it should have a model number and possibly the specs as to what kind of processor (celeron, pentium, w/e) and how fast, example: 3.5ghz or AMD 3800+ etc, these make a big difference in what people are willing to pay.
