POLL: RSX, 350Z, RX-8, or SRT-4
are they comparison threads? i have only found threads that basically have 350z heads talking about 350z' or RSX heads talking about RSX's. etc.
Something that pops up to me.
Is why are you only able to find one car for the 350Z/RX-8. That tells me either they have ridiculous miles, were in an accident, or something along those lines.
I would go with the RSX or RSX-S.
Leather, Honda reliability, decent performance, good looks, etc.

I like 'em too.
I say stick with Rear Wheel drive. I think they are more fun to drive and generally handle alot better. I've had 2 SRT-4s, and they are GREAT from a performance standard, but they aren't too comfy, and they still have that crappy 1985 quality Neon Interior and not much in the way of creature comforts. If you were looking for all out performance potential, I'd say SRT all the way, but I think you would be more satisfied with the RX-8 or Type-S. I just recently went through a similar research/search when I decided to replace my last Neon. I've driven all the above mentioned cars plus a few more. My "personal" opinion is that the 350Z isn't all that. It's tiny inside, the interior is cheap looking and not very interesting to look at. I also found it too feel very heavy and sluggish in it's reactions. The car sounds great, but along with that awsome sound, I expected more seat pressue to my back. I thought it was slow. The RSX would seem to be the logical choice given your Honda Background and it's good fuel economy, good comfort and good utility, but I find them lacking too. They just seem like a slightly warmer version of a Civic, nothing special at all.
Now, my vote of the above mentioned cars would be an '05+ RX-8 6-Speed. This car does almost everything better than the others. It handles like nothing else, it has legit room for 4 people, decent storage space, good comfort, good room, good luxury features and creature comforts, FANTASTIC ENGINE! and the looks can't be beat in my opinion. In fact i ALMOST bought one. I decided to buy the Crossfire for alot reasons, but the RX-8 was a VERY close second, and I would have picked one up if I couldn't find the SRT-6. The reliability of the 05+ seems to be just fine and you can get one pretty cheap. the only knock on it is that it isn't a straight line Rocket and Fuel economy isn't the best if you drive it hard. If you have driven an S2000, then I would say it drives almost exactly like that. It feels VERY similar to the S2K in almost everyway. About the same performance too. Buy an RX-8, I think you'll be very happy with one.

Seriously an Rx-8 over an S2000 get out of here only one other car would I consider in this grouping is the 350z and that is cause they can be convertibles. You can not deny the fact dropping the top in the summer is Awesome. However that does effect your insurance that your also trying to keep cheap is the only down side.
