the car was having huge problems and BARELY running... it cut off and wouldnt even start by the time he got to the end of the track. so no, its not ALL about the driver if the car isnt even running. The car has gone 12.06 @ 111mph on baby slicks, missed 2nd gear and no clutch left for 5th gear... car has a brand new clutch in it now, and as soon as the battery/alternator issue is resoloved it should be deep into the 11s.

have you ever been to a real drag race? He wasn't even fully on it since the car was sputtering. That same day his second pass he ran a mid 12 with problems still. Car has seen 12.0 passes(mind you a stock k swap) and still with problems.

 

Yea next time I race someone and lose I'll just tell them my car didn't run to its full potential so I didn't really lose.

That really has nothing to do with what were talking about. Nice try though with trying to take it out of context. The point of discussion was your little butt buddy inboost was talking shit about a car he has no clue about and the reason the car was running like junk that day was due to electrical issues which can happen in drag racing. I never said he didnt really lose etc etc. Just defending a quick car.
