Default S14 hazard lights

sometimes at random, when i turn my left or right turn signals on, my hazards start flashing. then after a while of driving, the turn signals work again. i haven't done any electrical work recently, so i have no idea what may possibly be shorting out. any ideas on whats going on?

I kinda have a problem with my hazard lights except mine just don't work. Its kinda new problem where my fuse for my hazard lights keep blowing. This also disables my turn signals only when I signal to turn left. I'm thinking I probably rubbed some of the wiring under my drivers side fender cause where the harness goes though. But I'm not electric/wiring expert.

I'd go search on zilvia. Make sure you search before you get flamed. I'm warning you. Those guys on there are like forum bitches and take pride with their post counts or something. Plus they're mostly from the west coast and dress emo while they drift, so yea, they're kinda weird but helpful at times.

go to enjukuracing.com, they sell an inner fender wiring harness protector for like 60$. if you want to save money, you can unplug the wires to the instrument cluster and the cd player and such and re-route the wiring harness through the engine bay. It's a good 2 hour job, but its worth it... and its free.

^haha 60$ fuck that

take off fender beat it down a little pull up high and tight. unless 3 inches off ground (frame) you won't rub that.
