I am a tv repair tech. I had to take a certification class but that wasn't really school. i lucked into the job really all i do is take apart plasmas lcds and dlps say what i think is wrong and they order the parts then i put them in. but 16 to 20 dollars an hour is not that crazy with only a diploma hell pizza delivery drivers make that and ups drivers make more.
