A good lawyer can get it reduced to about nothing, if you have some money. My bro was charged with hittin an officer with his car, traspassing, and eluding police. Which two of those are felonies. But after 3000 grand later, house arrest and something like 50 hours comm. service, he still has a license and a decent driving record lol. So there is some hope for you, as long as you learned a lesson from it.

Just hope you dont get judge cockren and the good news is that the new laws dont apply for you.
The bad news is you'll most likely end up with 30 days with some suspended unless you have priors.
But anthor good thing is other states Dmvs are seperate from ours and dont share information. You might end up with just a slap just depends on your lawyer and the judges morning.

you are officially retarded, because im sure that they ask for proof via DMV database before the plea agreement/sentence is accepted, not taking into consideration factors that maybe he hasnt taken that bill of sale to dmv yet, or to his local city/county government building to relieve him of personal property taxes, but then again, no your right.

Everyone might say that your fucked, but you might get lucky! I went to court last January for 146/65 along with use of a radar dectector, excessive noise, window tint and other bullshit tickets. I didnt waste my money gettin a lawyer either. I went in plead guilty to all charges and walked away with the following: Report that friday for a night in jail, $500 fine, 90 days suspended license and 2 years driving probation. This was in Spotsylvania, Va by a state trooper also. Just pray you sumhow get lucky!
