My GF and me are looking either for a room to rent (would have to be larger, say the master or the basement in a townhouse) starting in May or looking for a roommate for a two-bedroom apartment. Both of us are very clean and very quite, spend most of the time at school and work (her GMU, myself NoVa). If it were a basement in a townhouse you would hardly notice we were there seeing as how most townhouse have a separate door from the back and we are gone most of the time. The positives to sharing with us in a two bedroom is that we would be willing to split the rent and utilities three ways instead of two so you would be getting an apartment for much cheaper then you would otherwise. Would have to be somewhere in reasonable driving distance to GMU and a NoVa campus (pref. Annandale but I'm not picky) Let me know if anyone’s interested, once again this will be in June as my current lease does not end until May thanks.
