last time i was in court my lawyer told me to never prepay any tickets, even non moving violations. The reason being, that there is a chance the charge will get dropped or atleast reduced. If you end up doing something stupid down the road and end up back in court. The judge is less likely to be lenient to someone that has pages of charges. Wheater they are petty BS or not.

You think the judge is actually going to remember you? You're a retard.

First you would have to get charged in the same district as the prior offenses. Then, it would have to be the same judge.

If you get 3 or 4 speeding tickets a year, which is a lot, do you honestly believe that out of the hundreds to thousands of cases a judge sees he's going to remember you?

Then again if you're annoying enough to have 13 exhaust tickets, you're probably as sharp as a wet bag of shit.

The judge is going to go off of your record. If you're dumb enough to get caught that much, your record is going to reflect that. Now if you go to court and get the charges reduced or even dropped your record is going to look a whole lot better and your going to be paying a lot less in the long run.

If you pre-pay you admit guilt and pay the maximum fine, if you go to court it can't get any worse, only better...

I go to court, fight a ticket and get it dismissed. Come back for another ticket and somehow end up with the same judge, fight it. You know what works if you lose? APPEAL, you get a new fucking judge.
This is assuming the judges have FUCKING MAGICAL POWERS TO REMEMBER ONE PERSON FROM MONTHS AGO OUT OF 20000 CASES IN BETWEEN
You may end up paying a bit more in the short run (appealing). But in the long run, you save insurance ass rapings, and if you happen to be in another county and they run your record for another ticket you may recieve, IT WILL BE SPOTTLESS AND THE FACT THAT YOU MADE SURE YOU FOUGHT EVERY PIECE OF SHIT TICKET IN YOUR PAST WILL HAVE BECOME EVIDENCE OF A SMART FUCKING MOVE.

I know you don't understand the concept of getting the bad shit done with first IE: bigger loss now to save a shit ton in the long run. The concept of thinking ahead doesn't seem to exist with you, given all your previous posts.
