Well at least they didn't get the car.
In my neighborhood, some people keep putting screws in our tires.
I got one in my 350z and my roommate got one in his EVO. I think it's probably some stupid little kids. If I ever see it happen, it will be some dead little kid.

The police have too much other shit going on to test blood for a fucking iPod. If you value your iPod that much, take it in the house with you.

It was stolen in the parking lot at PH Mall, do you carry your iPod with you everytime you leave the car, because I know I sure as hell don't. I only take it out when I'm at work, or home.

Not being a smart ass, but for some reason I do take it out pretty much everytime, but that's so I can listen to it. Regardless of whether I take it out each time, the above retards need to stop thinking the police are going to run over an iPod.

Does not really matter what it was, its the value that counts, but your probably right. They will just say "Oh its just an Ipod, lets go get some coffee." Although when you factor in the window they broke your talking another 300 bucks in damage.

Did they at least check for prints?

maybe so but the fact remains...if you wanna leave anything in your car, you should be able to without fear of it being stolen...it's your car for a reason...and the police letting small stuff like this slip thru the cracks can very well, and has, snowball into bigger crimes

My top has been slashed twice since moving to thalia gardens (off bonny road)... The neighborhood is great but we're right next to a development that accepts section 8. My car sits on the main thoroughfare between their crack neighborhood and the 7-11.

It's all good.. building a motion detection system with a 1ft perimeter - i don't mind false positives as there isn't much movement overnight in the lot but I CANNOT wait for the fucker to do it once more.

Funny thing is i didn't have a single issue living in colonial place in ORF for a year. Been here since may and it just happened for the second time.

are you building the motion detection alarm or someone else? I'd like to get one myself.

it'll be a home-built low cost motion detection system. Unlimited expandability but to start, I just want it to trigger an alarm in the apartment. This has happened only while i'm sleeping (about 30 feet away on the first floor) so it just needs to get me up. Glock is next to the bed and i am looking forward to chasing a motherfucker down. It'll flash my door lock circuit as well so parking lights will flash and doors will click. That should be enough to halt the fucker but i still want to chase. Nothing's stolen so it's either a fucking kid or just some retard walking by and wants to fuck with a flashy car.

Eventually it'll be linked to my wireless network and page/call my phone when tripped. Was also planning on IP cameras also triggered by small motion detectors (they're easy to build) but that's just extra cost that a simple system can accomplish.

Still planning out the specs but it should be easy to setup - i can post specs when it's live.

aint no where as bad as wat happened to my car, and to make this story worse my paint job is a very expensive HOK Kamellion, but anyways i had my passenger side key'd from the door to the fender and not just one line, 4 of them, i had my rear windshield busted out, my driver side door got kicked in, in the spot where the factory crease is, so i can't just pull the dent out, and i got my hood key'd, made a report the next morning showd them the name (with last initial) keyd into my hood and i aint heard bak from them an its been like 2 months

but lets be real we're talking bout virginia, the cops are glad to see that we get our imports fucked up, only way you gonna get results off any vehicle vandalism cases is by tradin in that import for that chevy or ford
