is there really no place that would align a lowered car?

Assuming it has:

Camber bolts, good suspension parts, and enough physical ability with said parts to align it to the specs you wish

You provide the specs

You are willing to pay the almost doubled price for a custom alignment, with no guarantee....

Lots of places will do it.

just go to Bert's alignment on VA beach blvd.

they know what they are doing.

I did my at NTB or NTW whatever it has turned into. Mine is lowered and they had no issue. Only thing they checked was front bumper height as they thought it may scrape on the ramp. I had no issue though.
