my junk ass mani has cracked on the welds. how hard is it to fix an how much? also if I got another log mani will it just bold right in or would I have to remake the dp?

i would go with getting a new one. you could try to weld it but i think the temperature will probably make it crack again (heat makes things expand).

 

this shit quality..just not the welds i guess. this shit weighs about 25lbs.

if i get a new log mani. i have to redue my dp?

 

It looks like an easy fix with a tig, the only time consuming part I could see is cleaning up the metal before welding, something you can do yourself to save money. I cant tell you a price though, Iv always done my own welding.

You could weld inside but with a decent enough tig they should be able to penetrate all the way through. Depends on the gauge of the metal and how good of a welder the guy is.
Im a newbie to the tig so I cant tell you for sure and have only made one sloppy looking manifold so far.
