quick 8 import/domestic shoot out sept 8th who's going
A bunch of old muscle.... VERY boring to watch.
A C5 Z06 that either had really big problems hooking up or needed the driver mod. That thing looked slow as piss. A yellow C6 Z06 with D/R's that sounded good and looked quick, but it looked like the driver was going easy on it.
A Mustang that sounded like it would be fast, yet the "quickness to noise" ratio was very low. Other than that.... Nothing interesting.

VMP is almost 4 hours away from me here in radford.
Bristol is 119 miles away
.
I just need a to figure out how to pass tech inspection. My battery had to be relocated to the rear because of my sheet metal intake manifold, and let's just say it's not NHRA legal right now. I guess I could try and re-mount it in the engine bay.

how is yours not legal?if it's because it's not secured well, you may want to take care of that regardless-that thing will knock your head off in a wreck.

I got busted a couple times at VMP for not having a cut-off switch at the rear of car. Tech guy told me anytime you move the battery inside the drivers area, you must have cut-off switch. Maybe he was just nit-pickin.
