yeah i was driving home from work on 64E and saw a black car on the left shoulder of 64W and smoke pouring out of the car.

It was a black Integra...2 door, looked like aftermarket tails.. It hit the jersey wall pretty hard b/c it bounced back into the HOV lane and facing the right shoulder..

I passed soon after the accident.. some guy unloaded a full CO2 bottle on the fire and it was still going strong...

some people in va are dumb when it comes to driving. it's like they've never seen an accident before they always drive really slow to take a look
