Try camden complexs', they are kinda expensive, but worth it. I live in a apartment complex, at the end of every apartment building they have 2 townhomes, I live in a town home and it has a built in garage - 3 levels, 2 bedroom, loft, 16x20 master bed. 2 baths. Sun Windows in the roofs, and full of windows, and Deck on the 2nd floor of home. Very big.

Coverstone or Georgetown South.

Leesburg is decent, although its a bit out there. I was paying $825/month for a one bedroom in the downtown(nice area btw), thats far less than the near $1400/month I am paying for a 1br in FFX now.

To the OP, what areas did you have in mind as the term "NOVA" encompasses a fairly large area.
