Dropped off car with concerns.

had car all day.

they did not look at all my concerns nor did they change my oil.

They rushed to change oil when i got there and before i pulled off I checked the oil (first oil change) and it was a quart low.

now they want me to drop the car off again for another whole day to address iss's that were given originally with no loaner vehicle.

Service MGR talks over you on the ph and makes snotty comments...
And the service ppl that cant write down a concern appropriately....
And the tech that cant change oil with proper amount..


SO for the service there and customer service... THEY BLOW...

against better judgement should have gone back to hendrick honda...

 

I had a 300zx a few years back with custom paint, body kit, the works and took it in for an induction system cleaning. Left the car all day. Came to pick it up and there was a small dent coming out of the hood from where somebody had left a tool. I know it wasn't there because I just know, plus when I dropped it off the service writer filled out a questionaire and walked completely around the car noting any dings, dents, scratches and at that time nothing was noted about the hood. I bitched and bitched for about an hour and got nowhere with them. The next day called the service manager, took the car in for him to see, and still got nothing. It wasn't until I threatened to go to the owner that they offered to pay to have it fixed. Terrible service from them. I know how you feel.

 

Yeah bring it to hendrick honda well take care of it

shoulda went to landmark honda instead.. I've been going there since 1999 and i've YET to encounter bad service/shady business.

only thing is.. if you want a saturday service, you gotta call it in by wednesday, or else they get booked up.

 

Ive had my first dealings with Tysons Honda and So far they have been excellent also...

Seems like that there is a trend here..

Every other honda around has excellent service except

Just an update as far as 3rd gear goes on this 07 SI that they said i\has factory notchiness and nothing wrong with it...

Apparently TSB is out on ALL 07 SI models etc. for 3rd gear set replacement...

 

pohanka nissan has always come through for me on parts. a+ in my book

 

Pohanka is full of dumbasses and thieves. Trying to sell me a part over cost + 20.

 

they have always matched a cheaper price online. the nissan dept has better saleman than the honda dept apparently.
