dude chris man you need to chill out on your conspiracy theorys dude, and what would it matter if he was taking picutres of people's plates? i mean the cops can access dmv so whats the difference if they are following you and write your plate number down and this? i mean just cuz a dude is out there taking pictures doesnt automatically make him a cop trying to bring down the import scene in VB........
