So tell me kid, if you buy something and it doesn't work then are you shit out of luck? Because following that logic, return policies would be only on unopened items which is not the case.

 

NO genius.. THE KIT contained 2 valve stems, 3 bottles, one gauge reader. I was lead to believe I needed to do a conversion, but found out My AC system didnt need it. I returned the KIT, if you're gonna say I USED the kit because I attached the gauge to read it, then yeah.. I "used" it, but the entire kit was untouched. It don't matter what the reason was, the manager did not have to be such a dick about it. He's suppose to be the manager and running around the shop screaming like an asswipe.. yeah, that shows GREAT customer service
