based on his selection of the four, i would say an evo would be out of range, but i dont know his financial state, so i cant really say anything. i would say go with the wrx. its a four dour, all wheel drive, and thats about it. i would rather have the s2k but it seems like you would be suited better with that wrx

Domestic Desire has a SS and he has the GM stage 2 and an intake. It's pretty quick. IIRC, somewhere over 240whp.
