I've had plenty of good encounters with police. As long as you're not a jackass and you're story is plausible then alot of them will understand. I've actually had the same thing happen(new clutch and I chirped pretty good from a light, fwd=no sideways) and told him the deal. Now there are alot of dicks that hassle me for nothing, but thats all I can do is be pleasant.

I've actually had good luck with troopers in generally, personally. Even the trooper that took me to jail for speeding was very friendly. He gave me a ride after I got out since I was far away

I was pulled for 75 in a 35 and let go because I told him how fast I was going and that I was stupid for doing it. I didnt lie and didnt make up any stories. He let me go.

I got pulled over for my tint. When I pass a bitch driving with kids in the car out of there kid seats and shes smoking. I ask myself why am I being pulled over for my tint?

 

I NEVER lie when I get pulled over and I never get off. I hate being black sometimes.
