I spotted a Dodge Caravan undercover state tropper pulling over another mini van on 64W right past the Fort Eustis Exit...... Damn Cops get sneakier and sneakier....

it's marked up.. with lights.. and/or all black.. they use them on drun bust all the time. then they come after me in a modded up import (like raliegh, NC use to use) i'll call them 'sneakie'

yea the i seen that up at one of the sat. shows, but i kina stood out because the window was down and all u seen was all these police radio and stuff u would see in a cop car
