kudos to him if he won, but i will never own or drive a honda, my name means killing hondas. but anyways, anyone on this forum that says he wasn't racing is a liar that defends for himself which i have no problem of that. but if you look at those pics doing "25 mph" would not do that serious damage to ANY car or even burst into flames. that car was fvcked from HIGH speeds. and trust me, i speed a lot, but i know my limits of my car and know how to handle it. if i die from street racing, please bring on the negative comments, because i would deserve all of them. its guys like this that make our community look bad and our insurance high

people who lose control from speeding cause accidents. anyways, i cut down people like this because i drive a rice car too but am frequently tired of ricers pulling up to me and trying to race. i don't like to "street race" because i don't want to risk losing my car, and when i am at high speeds i am usually alone, not trying to race other people so they won't be involved with my insanity

The car caught on fire...from impact, perhaps? Mech. failure causing the engine to catch on fire and explode causing him to lose control, perhaps? Medical Condition causing him to die at the wheel and crash, perhaps. No one on here knows the story...so who are we to judge. This has become an ethics issue in which no one has facts so all arugements are speculative. The guys is dead, no one knows what happened.

1.He was not a "stupid idiot racing in a school zone" show me proof
a.pictures show any impact on the tree <----fact.
b.everyone is quick to blame the media, the mysteriously say they are feeling sympathy for him and his family. Press will print what they know reguardless.
No one has come forth or gave an eyewitness account of what happened other than this.
direct quote from newspaper
Soriano was driving westbound toward Indian River Road when his vehicle flipped several times and struck a tree before coming to a rest, Long said.

Rob Waring, 52, heard the crash from inside the GSH Real Estate office he manages.

"There was a little slide noise and then a big bang," Waring said. "I just acted on instinct."

He found Soriano unconscious inside.

2.He's dead now. <--fact

3.How can we say, I speed alot, but can handle it, then accuse someone of being an idiot for doing the same thing?

Let's argue some more without looking at the facts if I'm wrong, prove it.

side note:
according to everyones basis of thought...everyone on ROADKILL is considered an idiot, retard, that should just kill themselves before they kill someone else.
A+B=C
a=racing is dangerous if done on the streets
b=retard, idiot
c=kill themselves

man my logic is tight.

+1 look, _crs is right, we do not have enough facts to base our opinions on this so called tragedy, people that knew him, sorry for your loss. but if it turns out that there was street racing involved with a mustang then oh well, the guy paid the price of death.

well i know the guy he lived in my area and i never once seen it race the car,the car was clean and thats all he wanted from it,supercharged yes,so forced induction may have caused the fire and then as a panic he swirved,over corrected and flipped the car,if i was driving in excessive speeds and my car caught on fire i wouldnt know what to do and i think this is the case

"The door wouldn't open, and the car was starting to burn," Waring said.

"We got the passenger door open after a minute, but the flames were starting to get pretty obnoxious," Waring said.

A man arrived with a mat that he used to try and pound out the flames coming from the trunk and the rear wheel well, near the gas tank.

while the mustang driver lives,yes people get what they deserve but then why is the mustang driver still alive,and why hasnt he come fourth,getting in trouble possibly but it is right for the family to know how they lost a loved one,i am only arguring because to many people are killed due to car accidents in the thousands to be exact,but to be posted on a driving site where nothing but racing is talked about is not right.

assuming he was racing(and not just driving like a tard) a mustang, really, and dont give me that honesty shit...would you? Hell the guilt alone would tear you up, you wouldnt want to add charges to it.

i know jeff and kevin who owned the prelude.

he did hit the tree.

we called the guy who was in the mustang, he said he feels sorry and he wasnt thinkin. he wanted to stop, but i do not know.

he had brain damage and his lungs collapsed.
