Seat recommendations
As far as fit you'll be perfectly happy with a ZETAIII. Steer away from the EXASIII because the shoulders will be a little tight for you.
At your size the Pole Positions will likely give you more movement than you want in a track car. The SPG (and Apex.... same seat, cheaper fabric) would likely serve you better.
The Cobra composite motorsport seats (Imola S, Suzuka S) will be a nice fit for you if you like a more upright seating position.
OMP also makes VERY good stuff but I have no first-hand (ass?) experience with them.
Recaro, OMP, Bride and Cobra are the only companies who will ever get my seat money.

Why do you rule out Sparco? And what is OMP?
33"
I like Bride seats but they're hard to come buy to "test fit" before purchase and I know most of them are very tight. It's easy to say "go try a bunch out to see what fits best" but it's another thing to track down a bunch of people with these seats and ask them to sit in their cars.

I know the island is only so big, but if you're just going to weekend race, get something comfy.
Sparco is good if you only drive at night. But as soon as the sun hits Sparco fabric it's toast.

And some German dude named Michael likes to sit in OMP when he's driving his FXX:

I would offer a second look to those XAXII's. Having only sat in a few bride seats (Ergo, etc) I liked the upper support but found the all of the lower halves to be a bit snug. Definately not something I would use on a road trip. however, the XAXII lower part is as open as any normal seat. Easy to get in and out of, and you can spread your legs and get comfy for a cruise. Up top will still hold you tight for on/off-ramp fun. Hell, I drove the car from Long Island to Maine, and back down to va beach with out discomfort.

Yeah but ragged Del Sol seats on beat to shit rails that don't fit the car aren't. I'm going to have to at least FIX the seats in it anyway. I'd rather just pick up some nice seats while I can afford it and do it right. I've always wanted the opportunity to build a car like this and I have it now, so I'd like to get every little detail where I want it.
Did the ferrari and maserati pictures sell you? I've never purchased aftermarket seats, but if they are good enough for those caliber of vehicles, I think they must be pretty damn good. GL with your search.

The Grip would probably suit you well. And the RS is slightly more roomy in case you want a little air once in a while.
Here's the sizing chart:

Measure your ass, ribs and shoulders. If your match is in your price range you win.
