I'm looking for a roommate for my town house. It's the downstairs room. Has a full bath, enclosed patio attached, semi-walk in shower. I don't know the measurement but I can get an exact tonight or tomorrow. The house has a cathedral ceiling living room with fireplace. I don't party much, no smoking unless outside. No pets. Rent is $600 with all utilities included (Water, Elec., FiOS internet and TV). The house is right by the intersection of va beach blvd and great neck.
