Who in our area powdercoats wheels?
i had the rims on both sets of my Porsches color matched by Kaystone Automotive in williamsburg
what they do is totally make sure the wheel is traight and true then use high quality paint mixed to match then use a clear powdercoat over it and give it a lifetime warranty
now if you just wanted a standard color they can due regular powdercoating as well
here are some shots of the rims

here is a shot of one of the rims after an accident, it looked much better before this

they also restored the rims on my 78 TA and they look amazing, i will have to get some pics of that soon
what i like is the lifetime warranty, had some rock chips on one rim and he is going to fix it for free
pm me if you need contact into
good luck

btw I am looking for a place that does this but is also wiling to take my BBS Lm's apart and then paint/powdercoat them and retorque them back to spec
Anybody know a place that does this?
One was hard to get out and I did end up splitting the barrel parts. I took it all the way apart, cleaned it with a wheel made to strip paint from wood (took the glue/caulk off w/o taking metal off). Then per CCWs instructions I got clear door/window interior caulk, can't remember the PN. You put a bead around one barrel face, press the two together, install the center, then put a few bolts in. After you have that doen you run a bead to fill up the crevice between the wheel halves, then smooth it out w/ your finger. Then proceed with torquing all the fasteners.
It really wansn't hard, but I can understand you wanting to just drop them off and be done w/ them.
Mine ccws use ARP hardware. It took 30 ft/lbs per bolt/nut. If you don't break the seal between the barrels you don't have to re-seal. Before you take the center out remove the valve stem from the wheel to let all the air pressure out.

They don't powdercoat, but they can disassemble, paint, and reassemble.
