do they check your tint during an inspection? i don't think they do, but i heard otherwise from someone...

the check that tint does not extend lower then it should. Sometimes.

 

cant remember any time that tint was on the pink slip i recieved from the inspector...so i would give that big...nahhh

 

well hopefully the windshield tint won't be a problem. i just bought a car from my uncle, who lives in florda, and its got some dark ass tint on it... and their not required to have inspections down there....

 

if its on the windshield its illegal, my brother does inspections and they dont check the tint on other parts of the car. plus, ever since i have been driving, ( only 7 years) i have NEVER failed an inspection for tint. and every car i have owned i have had illegal tint on.... including the car i picked up last night that im gonna get tinted this weekend a 99 black lightning

 

I have VA legal tint and got rejected twice (two different places) because the tint covered the rear brake light, which was legal at the time the tint was installed.

 

thats because its illegal to cover any lights...just like you cant put covers over your headlights to make them another color...thats not because of the tint..
