Who lives in an Apt?
I live in trade winds behind the wendy's on magruder. I pay 975 for a 2 bedroom and 2 pets. THey don't have breed restrictions on dogs and they are pretty nice places.
The nice thing about a house, is that year after year, they become worth more and more money.
Actually mortgage companies have programs to be able to finance most people these days. Alot of homeowners have bad credit also though. Get caught unprepared with an ARM and then can't pay, or a second mortgage or for whatever other reason. You get flexibility and freedom with renting, things you sacrifice when you buy a home. With renting you also dont haveto become a wannabe bob vila when shit breaks. The tax breaks for home ownership is nice though.
