Cole, you really need to stop putting yourself in situations like this. Even if it's not your fault, shit seems to happen a lot. Here's a way to prevent it: Pay cash up front only. No getting people to let you get the part, and you'll pay them back. No fronts. Good thing this doesn't have anything to do with drugs, or you'd be dead by now.

I believe his shit was taken. However, he was supposed to be in Northern Virginia with my stuff when it was taken, however, he was a no show/no call.

He left me an IM later, but why didn't he call me if he was already in Northern Va with my consolation/settlement payment(trade).

He told me he was leaving Thursday day, and going to be there through Friday. So he was totally out of touch on Thursday and Friday, so I assumed he did go to Northern Va. My guess is that he didn't have or want to give up what we had agreed on; he probably decided to use the robbery as an excuse.

At this point, I am hoping I get my payment, however if not, he won't be allowed to participate in most east coast drift events, and if he's seen there: most everyone is aware of the situation.

IF I'm not paid with ONE WEEK from today, I WILL be filing charges, contacting a collection agency, as well as calling his parents (he seems to rely on them quite a bit).

I'm also aware of Cole's hefty spending, he sold his car and bought a damn dirt-bike with MY money!!!

 

there is no extra spending going on. when i go out yes i go VIP. so does chriscon. we don't pay a dime. it comes with knowing the right people. yes i was burgled no i have no money right now. DRIVE is buying some fans off me on FRI which will leave me $120 short of the $300. ill try and make that up by next week. matt has been PMd. Matt don't try and pull my parents into our deal they have nothing to do with it and aside from providing a roof over my head they don't really do much else. BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RIPPING OFF. i have every intention of paying matt but i happened also to be VERY bad with money and then all this bullshit started happening. so shit is going to get handled. and matt don't think by saying that people at the events are going to like threaten me at all is going to scare me. that was a touch childish.

 

Cole is a good guy. I won't pretend to know anything about whats going on with this business, however I was with him when he discovered he was robbed. We showed up to where his car is located and there were many things missing. There were a lot of extenuating circumstances in this ordeal.

cole... the thing is, is you have the POTENTIAL to be a good guy. but you just can't seem to get your head out of your ass long enough to realize that one of these days you're going to HAVE to accept responsibility for your actions, and the direction of your own life.
