Good thing I didn't call my car a 10sec car. No worries, better rear end and 2-step coming eventually. If not than, than I quit(considering there are cars with the same setup in the mid 9's)

 

My junk might hit 10s, on about 18-19 PSI

 

I ran 11.02 @ 132 1.65 60', just the way I drive on the street except for swapping some MT drag radials on. I even had my son's car seat in the back and a 3860# race weight. I'm putting on a full tubular front end and some headers next month, so hopefully I can knock out some 10's just the way I drive it to work on the daily.

What do you have done to and by tubular front end you mean a new k member?

 

It's got a KB 2.2, Viper spec T-56, built live axle, Bassani X pipe and Mac 3" cat back, DFX clutch, and supporting fuel mods. That's it. I've got a UPR K-member, A-arms, bump steer kit, and CC plates along with some Bassani Mid length headers in my garage waiting for me to have time to put them on.

I probably would have gotten the 10 that day if I wouldn't have had to wait 7 hours before my next pass.

 

Hopefully I'll pop off a low 10 next year. I just have to work a few more bugs out.

 

"a few bugs" I thought you planned on swapping everything into another chassis?

 

I really haven't decided yet. I found that Wildrides makes a part to replace the old torque boxes that are !@%!%!. The only other thing that i am really worried about with the chassis is the cage which I'll probably just cut out and redo.
