go in greenbriar mall and they ahve asian dudes massage your back. its like 10$ for 10 mins or you can pay like 25$ for like 30 mins.

 

I also have some issues with my back from the military. Salon Vivace in Newport News is one of the best. If you get on their email list, they have specials almost every week and you can get from $10-20 bucks off a massage. Not to mention there are some very fine looking women in there! It's worth it just to go out there and check the place out.

There's a massage school or something on Rosemont Road in VB too, if you're heading south. It's on the right hand side, before you get to Hess/Wawa.
