assuming your motor is original Tibby, you can run in the street stock class. rules are here. http://www.mirdrag.com/worldcup/wcf06/street_stock.htm
You can run slicks, but must have exhaust.

I called MIR on monday and spoke to jason who is in charge of the event. He said that you need to be running a 10.99 or better to compete in the events. He said they only take the top 16 cars to race. I have 2 power adders on my car and can hit high 11's with a good 60', but not even close to 10's.

If you are going to race with one power adder (SC/TC) then your nitrous system has to be completely removed from the car. So doesn't look like I will race.
