so i got a wreckless driving ticket

95/on a 55 mph zone about 10 am on tollroad 267 to chantilly no traffic my very very first speeding ticket and very first ticket , my speedometer was not working i was a little late for work , fucking cop (off:TASICK ) got me pretty bad
now I know I'am a ashole and shit but I dont know what to do i never been in court and never needed a lawyer bfore or used one , now my question is how much should a lawyer charge me for defending me ? whats the rate on wreckless driving

Yep, they're gonna try to screw you. Definitely get a lawyer and go to driving school.

 

had a couple of 95+ speeding/wreckless tickets good lawyors will cost a good 800-1000 u can find cheeper but remember u get what u pay for and good luck jail sucks...o yeah try the first time offender plee it might work and usually consultations are free

i just got a 80 in a 60 last saturday night. (first ticket as well)

to everyone reguarding egsr going to jail... wouldnt he have gone to jail that same night , why would they put him in jail after court if he "loses" or w/e

 

it's up to the decision of the judge whether to cuff him or not
depending on the situation

but 90mph is the magic number for jail time

yup get a lawyer, and YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR when it comes to lawyers, when i got my reckless ticket, this stupidass lawyer was tryna charge me $500 and get me a lower license suspension and no jail time, etc, etc

i went to a couple other lawyers and one charged me $1k and he got me lowered to improper driving (Robert Whitestone)
anyways, from what i heard later he really undercharged me for my case.
