Default Need alittle Civic Help....

OK, i have a 99 civic EX coupe.
I turn on my parking lights, and only the dash lights come on, no parking lights.
I set the alarm, and the parking lights come on, but no dash lights.

This seems alittle weird to me, but Honda's will do that i guess.

Any ideas what the problem is? I know someone has seen this before...

I'd appreciate any help I can get...

was the alarm already on it before it acted up or did the alarm cause it to act up when you installed it?
