how many people have had them and what happend when you went to court i just got one the other night not even racing

i went to jail for 90 days in cali a few years ago, but i ran and a bunch of other shit

but this was......5 or 6 years ago

 

I got one in early 2003. Get a lawyer. I used Larry Slipow. The "racing" charge was reduced to "general reckless". So, it sucks that it still put a reckless charge on my record, but it doesn't have any affiliation with "racing" now. I'm not sure how it would have affected my insurance, if any differently, if it would have been the original charge. I was fined $100, 10 days jail time with 10 days suspended and no license suspension at all. So, I thought that I got off really easy. The lawyer was $750, but well worth it IMO.

 

i got it dropped to speeding 10 and under.. about 6 years ago

yeah i got a lawyer coast me 750 but i just got a reckless not even 2 3 months ago so im going to lose my licance but i herd you could lose your car to has any one else herd that

I got 6 months suspension and 350 in fines.

 

Your not gonna be sucking on a pina colada in jail... itll be something else...

 

Gosh don't you hate it when of all the drivers on the road around here a cop goes enie- meanie- minee- mo! and boom you get a Racing ticket
