the sleeving process (including machining, sleeves, pistons, rods) was only $2750.

You must have had quite a bit more done than just sleeving, in general sleeving usually costs ~1K (for most 4 cylinder blocks anyway).

Golden Eagle (no idea on quality, just have heard of a few people using them) usually has a 1.5-2 week turn around time, but you can get it expressed in under a week if you wanna pay for it.

ignorance at it's ugliest form. it is an incredible deal considering these are the prices on pistons and rods. So you do the math. Don't forget, this isn't yours mom's honda either.
