I am interested to be honest. I don't smoke. One thing however is I work out of town 2 weeks a month. I travel the nation setting up stores for Advance Auto. Would there be any sort of lesser price or something of the sort. If possible shoot me a PM and we will see what we can work out.

Haha price is not so much an issue. It is more or less a question since I would only be there 2 weeks out of each month so food, water, electricity, internet, and such consumption would not be anything major.

I am looking into buying a house right now but I need somewhere to stay for a while be it 12 months or more until I find what I am looking for.
