i would never recommend cutting the springs, my friend did that to his civic and his car rides terrible now

just go buy some tokico illuminas and skunk2 springs, my car is comfortably low, therefore i am speedbump safe but has a nice ride(not bouncing all over the place like you would with coilovers or cut springs) for being low

 

coilovers and cut springs totally have different ride quality. coilovers however do not bounce all over the place in regards to cut springs and just springs that have blown shocks. coilovers are meant to be stable and stiff which is why they are great for handling. since coilovers are alot more stiff, you will most likely feel every bump on the road. But just because you can feel almost every single bump, doesnt mean your car is bouncing all over the place. A good springs and good shocks can also handle just as well as coilovers or probably even better.

aniways mike..if you wanna slam your car get coilovers or a good set of springs with low settings and a good pair of shocks.

 

make sure you cut them while they're still on the car and have a friend video tape it. thx

hahah marco is that you? wtf well i thought it through im just going to buy some Tokico HP series springs and shocks and some adjustable camber kit forgot what brand is a good one again. and then sell those tein springs i have on for cheap as shit so well see what will happen.
