question bout motors
Because having the little 5 stamped after the c on the block makes all the girlies take their shirts off woo woo.
A DA with a H22 swap, LSD, clutch flywheel, intake, exhaust and a tune, with some 22/23 inch slicks may go 12s fully gutted.
Do. Long tubes, lid, tune, some drag radials, pray that the 10 bolt holds up and you'll walk that piece of shit honda.
Ill just go and say I would rather have any ls1 car then any civic. Easier then starting a argument over stock ls1 vs swapped anything. Look on HT for a guy named Skunked he has a h22 da on the h2b running mid 12's on bolt ons and a slick.

Running 12's on a slick, he's pretty damn good.
I had a por man type r in my da and went 13.2's twice. ON azinas. It ran good and vtec hit harder than any other car I have ever felt. It blew up because i sold the car to a kid and he wanted to test what i said about it not having a rev limiter, well he never found it. The gsr block is a very strong block and can handle some revs. the b16 head is ok but you wont keep it together if you rev past 9. the type r head has much better valve train and can hand;e higher rpms.
