got a question for everybody...is it realy true a pound of boost is 10 horses?

1 psi = 10 hp is it true?

thats not the TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE TRUTH....but....that saying has been around for some time.....and actually is a pretty good estimation depending on many variable factors. but NO, it is not a total true statement.
