so me and some buddies were messin around today and i have a 91 crx with a b16a the ecu is a pr3 and it the rev limiter kicks in at one point 7200 but it was in neutral thought maybe it was a neutral limiter or something and then while driving it stoped at about 7.9k-8k rpm. so we try and trace the problem and checked to see if anycodes were being thrown and its a 7. any ideas on what it could be. ive looked and cant find it.
