It's about a total of 1 turn to get to city park. Come out of PA park towards salem on PA Rd. Stay in left 2 lanes so you get on ferrel pkwy, turn left onto kempsville, drive to you see the park on the right.

From what I can see. PA Park, uneless it is useless there, then everyone is going to drive to the city park in chesapeake off kempsville rd.

Wow I don't think I'm gonna go all the way to PA park them drive somewhere else. PA park is a far enough drive for me.
